La Femme Chic Press Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement and sets forth the terms and conditions (collectively the “Terms”) that apply to your access and use of the Internet Web site located at http://shoplafemmechic.com ("Website"), as owned and operated by Chic Working Moms, LLC, (“Chic”, “we”, “us” or “our”) an Arizona Limited Liability Company. By using the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sales Policy Agreement (http://shoplafemmechic.com/return-policies) and La Femme Chic Press’s Privacy Policy (see below), as they may be amended from time to time in the future (see “Modifications” below).

a. Remedies. NOTWITHSTANDING THE PREVIOUS SECTION, THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY FOR ANY REMEDY SOUGHT WILL NOT EXCEED PAYMENTS MADE BY YOU TO US.

You submit to the nonexclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Maricopa County, Arizona and waive any objection to venue of any litigation in said courts.

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that portion of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be stricken from this Agreement and remainder of agt shall remain in full force and effect.
b. Waiver of Remedies. You agree that if we do not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Agreement (or which we have the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of our rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to us.
c. Entire Understanding. This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between you and Chic Working Moms, LLC regarding the subject matter of the same, and supersedes all other previous agreements.
